Our New Delivery Policy

Following the news that postal strikes have begun and more strikes are planned over coming weeks we have decided to alter our shipping and move as many orders as we can via other delivery networks. This plan has taken immediate effect to ensure we reduce delivery delays to our customers.

Whilst it is simply not practical to move all business to courier networks, we want customers to be able to understand our very simple policy.

For Mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man)

If your order contains only Dog Tags it will ship via Royal Mail. For all other orders these will now be shipped via one of our preferred courier networks and thus avoid any delay caused by the strike action of postal workers.

Please note that should we be out of stock of any item that we cannot locate in our warehouse, our policy will be to cut and delete this from the order, we will no longer we placing such items on short term back order.

For Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man

If your order contains Dog Tags and no other goods it will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Otherwise shipping is based on weight and number of items in your order, however we are unable to provide specific details on the delivery method chosen for your order.
